The gender gap that exists in STEM careers across the region is improving and businesses and individuals are invited to download the Equation for Equity Mackay-Isaac-Whitsunday Business Leaders Gender Diversity Toolkit.

The toolkit has been designed to support business leaders in our region and allow them to develop tailored strategies to better attract, recruit, retain and reap the rewards of a gender-diverse workforce.
