Dean manages the overall activities of RIN as well as representing the engineering & industrial sector with government, stakeholders and buyers. Dean also manages the MIW METS SME Export Hub and is available to assist the region’s METS businesses in becoming export ready or develop further, those already exporting, as well as promoting the MIW METS Export brand.
Sonia is responsible for RIN’s event and projects coordination, including the RIN Awards, Safety Conference, National Showcases, Professional Development Conference, Industry Briefings, annual Regional Accelerator Program, working groups, committee meetings and more. She is responsible for all sponsorship and membership registration.
Jodie is responsible for promoting the activities of RIN and its members to the public, as well as to the member group using internal and external communication tools. Jodie manages RIN’s social media platforms, website, and media enquiries, as well as writing and designing a broad range of marketing material including event programs, parliamentary inquiry submissions, the annual report, RIN membership brochures, the sponsorship prospectus, and managing the RIN Awards video content. Jodie is also tasked with preparing speeches for RIN events, as well as the communications and marketing strategies of all new RIN initiatives.
Kelly manages all of RIN’s financial-related tasks, from invoicing and bill payments to budgeting and reporting. Kelly also undertakes the onboarding of new staff and coordinates all of the organisation’s IT and office equipment requirements.
Steph is responsible for office administration duties and is also the MSIC Officer at RIN. Steph facilitates all MSIC bookings and can assist clients with the application process. Steph assists new members with onboarding and can guide existing members as to how they can upload/update their website profile information. Steph also handles a broad range of general enquiries and can offer direction if you’re unsure who you need to speak to at RIN.
Stacey works closely with the administration, events and finance teams to complete office administration and events-related tasks including bookings enquiries. If you have a query regarding invoicing, website payments, general and finance enquiries, or wish to make an MSIC appointment, Stacey is the person to speak to.
Lea Yepes is the new part-time MIW SME METS Export Hub administrator. Lea is responsible for coordinating projects, identifying existing and potential export businesses, assisting in the development of international market analysis, coordinating export specific training and market intelligence, and helping promote the MIW METS brand as innovative, responsive and globally competitive.
