Dean oversees the management of RIN and builds the cooperative’s strengths through member engagement and connecting with buyers, government stakeholders and the community. He is responsible for the overall management of RIN’s operations and business development activities, while also managing the MIW METS SME Export Hub and assisting the region’s businesses in becoming export ready/developing further.
Sonia is responsible for membership engagement, sponsorship recruitment and liaison, and project development and coordination. She engages keynote speakers for our signature events and manages program development for the Safety Conference and Professional Development Conference. Sonia also develops and manages the marketing strategies for RIN activity and coordinates a broad range of marketing materials for the organisation.
Kelly oversees RIN’s finances and administrative duties. Kelly is also an authorised MSIC issuing officer and can assist with any enquiries related to applying for, or renewing an MSIC card.
WEndy is the first point of contact for RIN members and is responsible for our administrative and reception duties. Wendy can assist with any enquiries related to applying for, or renewing an MSIC card.
Hayley coordinates all elements of RIN’s signature events and monthly Industry Briefings. She organises our R U OK? Day breakfast, the WH&S and COED working group meetings, and assists with any other events throughout the year.
