Resource Industry Network is a peak industry association representing companies actively engaged in the resource sector and those who are allied to the sector. We connect, develop, and promote our members to the commercial decision makers, peak bodies and government representatives in the resource sector.
Our History
Established in late 2000, Mackay Area Industry Network (MAIN) was formed by a group of like-minded business people, for the need of a common voice for industry. Looking towards the future, the cooperative undertook a review of what the business does and how it serves its members to identify key areas of growth and expansion. As a result, in July 2014, MAIN rebranded to Resource Industry Network, commencing an exciting new chapter for the business. The new name creates a new look, new direction and opens up new opportunities for the business and its members.
